What are your store hours?
Our local store is temporarily closed for moving and remodeling. We have plans to open up in a new location in Spring 2011! Please keep checking our blog for updates and photos of the fun things going on!
Is redvelvetart.com a secure website?
Absolutely. Our site is secured with industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
How often do you add new items to the store?
New items are added weekly. If you’d like to know about our updates join our mailing list, or read our blog (www.redvelvetgirls.typepad.com)!
I bought a downloadable item. What do I do to get it?
Log in to your account at this page.
Do you carry the same items in your local store & online store?
Our two stores carry most of the same items but they have two separate inventories.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards & paypal payments. Discover is not accepted.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Nope. At this time RVA is a retail only store.
How do you choose the art that you carry in your store?
Everything in the Red Velvet Art shop is handpicked. If you have ideas, suggestions or submissions you can send us a message on our contact page. We review all submissions and choose a limited number of new artists to add to our shop each month. If we are interested in your submission you will be contacted within two weeks. If your submission is not chosen, keep submitting! We have a limited number of spots to fill each month.
